Questions — Leeds
FAQ
New to padel, or new to COURT20. Both are fine.
What is COURT20?
A padel club being built in Leeds. Three things: PLAY (regular sessions), RALLYS (named events) and a small gear edit. It's early — what you see published is what actually exists.
Do I need a partner to join a session?
It depends on the session. Check the session details and its Playtomic match before booking; COURT20 does not assume every session accepts individual or multiple-place bookings.
What level do I need to be?
Each session can have a different level range. Check the level shown on COURT20 and Playtomic before booking. If no range is listed, ask us before joining.
Where do you play?
Venues can change from one session to the next. The confirmed venue appears on the session page and its Playtomic match before you book.
What should I bring?
Bring suitable court shoes, water and your own racket unless the specific session says equipment is included. Rackets and gear will appear in Shop only when they are available to buy.
How do I book a session?
Open the session on the Play page, then use its Book on Playtomic link. Playtomic handles live availability, booking, payment and its booking confirmation.
What happens if a session is full?
Playtomic is the source of truth for availability. If a match is full, use only the options shown on that Playtomic match; COURT20 does not promise a separate waitlist unless one is explicitly displayed.
Can I cancel?
Manage the booking through Playtomic and follow the cancellation terms shown there. COURT20 cannot override Playtomic or venue cancellation rules.
What's the difference between PLAY and a RALLY?
PLAY is the regular session — a court, a level, a set of spots. A RALLY is an event: named, built for a night rather than an hour, usually with a format and tickets.
Is the shop open?
Not yet. No racket or product is available to buy unless it is listed in Shop with a price and purchase action.
What emails will I get?
You receive messages covered by the email preferences you selected. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences at any time.
How do I get in touch?
Email hello@court20.com, or message @court20club on Instagram — that's usually the fastest route while the club is being built.
