COURT20 is early. So is this notice — it covers the one form on the site and nothing more.

COURT20 — Leeds, UK

Plain-English summary, not legal advice. We'll expand this as the brand grows.

01

What we collect

When you join early access we store the email address you enter, your name if you choose to give it, and the area you said you're interested in (gear, socials or both). We also record your consent choices and the time you submitted the form.

Alongside that we keep basic attribution: which page or link the sign-up came from, the referring website if your browser sends one, and any campaign parameters in the URL. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't build profiles.

02

Why we use it

To contact you about COURT20 early access — the first gear edit, the first Leeds sessions and club updates — and to understand roughly where interest is coming from. If you ticked the optional updates box, we'll also send occasional news about gear, sessions and events. We don't sell or share your details for marketing.

03

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, which processes the data on our instructions. Confirmation and update emails are sent through a transactional email provider. Access is restricted: the website can only add a sign-up, it cannot read the list back.

04

How long we keep it

We keep early access sign-ups while COURT20 is being built and for a reasonable period after launch so we can honour your interest. If you ask us to remove you, or you unsubscribe and don't want your record kept, we'll delete it.

05

Marketing and opt-out

The updates box is optional and never pre-ticked. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Opting out of marketing doesn't stop a one-off confirmation that you joined.

06

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We'll act on requests as soon as we reasonably can.
